What happens in an intuitive healing session?
These sessions are guided and conversational. We begin by exploring what’s present for you - whether that’s grief, trauma, feeling stuck, or chronic illness. During our session, I use the ThetaHealing® technique to enter a theta brainwave state. From there, I connect to the universe and, with your permission, am guided by your energy to uncover any trauma or blockages.
While I am working in this different brainwave state, my logical mind is quiet, which allows me to focus fully on your energy. You’ll notice I have my eyes closed a lot of times during our session, this helps me soften the voice of my mind and be an open channel. You are invited to do the same: get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and feel into your own energy with me. We talk throughout the session, and you are supported every step of the way.

Do I need to believe in energy work or past lives for this to work?
No. You don’t need to “believe” for healing to happen. Many clients come in unsure or skeptical. What matters is being open to the process.
Is intuitive healing a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?
No, it’s not a substitute for medical or psychological care. I see this work as complementary, addressing the energetic and emotional layers while you may also receive medical or therapeutic support.
Will I feel anything during the session?
Everyone experiences sessions differently. Some feel subtle shifts in their energy, warmth, tingling, or emotional release, while others notice insights or a sense of calm. There’s no “right” way to experience it, any response is valid and part of the healing process.
How do I best prepare for the session?
Staying hydrated throughout the day and before the session helps your body receive the shifts more fully.
You don’t need to prepare in any special way. Wear something comfortable, have a blanket if you like, and allow yourself the time and space to fully receive. Closing your eyes and tuning into your energy can deepen the experience, but there are no requirements, just bring your presence and openness.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your individual needs. Some people notice a shift after one session, while others benefit from a series. Healing is not linear, and there’s no fixed rule, we go at your pace. For those interested, bundle options are available for multiple sessions, which can also provide a more in-depth, ongoing support.
