Service Description

Energy shifts around the moon cycles & you will be assisted to shift the energy from the last 6 months so you can feel elevated, released & lighter. Make the best use of this session to help remove any remnants of insecurity about your abilities to use your talents & skills to create your future path. Cleanse & clear the body, mind & soul. We know the magnetic pull of the moon affects the tidal flow of the oceans as it does our bodies, we are an average of 70% water, therefore the effects of a Sound and Vibration Therapy Session at the time of a full moon may lead to an even higher experience than usual and we have the added bonus of overlooking the Indian ocean and being so close to water. Places are limited for this sound healing session where we will incorporate gongs, didgeridoos, crystal singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks, flute etc. Experience the beauty of sound and let it bring you back to your centre point of your being and help you to wake up to your true self ✨💜 You will be taken on an incredible journey entraining the mind into deep meditative states of consciousness where healing and mystical experiences can occur. We will start with aura smudging and essential oil to deepen your meditation, then we will go into one hour sound bath, and we'll have some tea and nibbles after to ground you back in. Vibration create a wave that never ceases to exist.. creation begins with sound *** This event is not recommended for pregnant women in the first trimester, after the first trimester there are no known risk however best to check with your health care provider. *** For your comfort and safety please bring for each of you: - mat to lie or sit on on such as: yoga mat, camping mattress, bean bag, chair - bottle of water, - blankets (to keep you warm) and - pillows (one for your head) - bolster for lower back / knee support (optional)

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations: for Sound Session Events: - must be made more than 48 hours before the service event or your appointment. $5 cancellation fee will be applicable. Cancellations under 48 hours prior to event will result in 50 % of the fee payable to Sonja Hall. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to event cannot be refunded. Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Session Non refundable $ 50.00 deposit will apply Cancellations under 24 hours prior to your appointment cannot be refunded
