In Tone - Art and Sound Activation

Service Description

Many artists throughout history have created amazing and well known masterpieces while in an altered state of mind. Such states may have been through mind-altering substances, others may have occurred naturally or through rituals. But there is another way to paint from a heightened state of mind without having to take any substances or follow any rituals, and with the added bonus of improving physical and mental well-being at the same time. We have created a safe space where the sound of the crystal singing bowls activate your brainwave into a deep relaxation state of consciousness where you can create your masterpiece from. In this Art and Sound Session we will feel into the vibrational frequency sounds and their matching colours and you’ll bring them to life on your canvas, while your body is getting bathed by the healing sounds. Come and enjoy the beauty of sound and free you from a busy mind, connect to your center and let it inspire you to show up in new tones on your canvas. This event is for all levels from 1st time artist to well advanced. ***** For you to know and what to bring: __________________________________ - We will supply canvas, brush and paint, seating and easels will be available. - Don't forget to bring your water bottle to stay hydrated throughout. - Please keep in mind that not all paint will wash out of clothes, therefore please wear clothes that can get dirty, or bring an apron or art smock to keep your clothes protected and paint free. - Please consider that your painting will be wet and will approx. need 24 hours to dry, therefore we would recommend to take some newspaper or old sheet’s and be mindful to have space in the car to safely transport your painting home. Please contact us prior the event in case you cannot take home the painting yourself on the day and would prefer to organise pick up when your painting is dry. - Lastly we will take pictures on the day to use for promotion of future events, please come and see us if you do not wish for us to use picture of your painting or yourself. ***** As we will use sound healing vibration this event is not recommended for pregnant women in the first trimester, after the first trimester there are no known risk however best to check with your health care provider.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations: for Sound Session Events: - must be made more than 48 hours before the service event or your appointment. $5 cancellation fee will be applicable. Cancellations under 48 hours prior to event will result in 50 % of the fee payable to Sonja Hall. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to event cannot be refunded. Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Session Non refundable $ 50.00 deposit will apply Cancellations under 24 hours prior to your appointment cannot be refunded
