Service Description

Energy shifts around New moon and the effects may be felt 2-3 days before and after the moon is at its smallest it's a great time to consciously connect and shift your own energy to feel elevated and lighter. We know the magnetic pull of the moon affects the tidal flow of the oceans as it does to our bodies, we are an average of 70% water, therefore the effects of a Sound and Vibration Therapy Session at the time of a full moon may lead to an even higher experience than usual and we have the added bonus of overlooking the Indian ocean and being so close to water. In this Sound Collaboration Session 4 of us will present sound to you and incorporate Gong's, Crystal Singing Bowls, Didgeridoo, Flute, Rainstick and Chimes. We will start the session with smudging and an offering of fragonia oil. You will then set up on your mat for the session. Experience the beauty of sound and let it bring you back to your centre point of your being and help you to wake up to your true self of soul and love. Vibration - creates a wave that never ceases to exist.. creation begins with sound *** This event is not recommended for pregnant women in the first trimester, after the first trimester there are no known risks, however best to check with your health care provider. *** Places are limited for this Sound session - booking is essential *** For your comfort and safety please bring your own: - mat to lie or sit on on such as: yoga mat, camping mattress, bean bag, chair - bottle of water, - blankets (to keep you warm) and - pillows (one for your head) - bolster for lower back / knee support

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations: for Sound Session Events: - must be made more than 48 hours before the service event or your appointment. $5 cancellation fee will be applicable. Cancellations under 48 hours prior to event will result in 50 % of the fee payable to Sonja Hall. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to event cannot be refunded. Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Session Non refundable $ 50.00 deposit will apply Cancellations under 24 hours prior to your appointment cannot be refunded
