Service Description

Sound are pressure waves that set out vibrations which propagate through a medium. These vibrations cause the medium such as air or water to produce sound. Our body consist 70% of water, therefore, to use sound as a therapy can be highly effective. It can aid in detoxifying our physical body, support the healing of any past injuries, and it does not just stop with the physical body it also can expand our conscious mind. The vibrations ignite our energies and clear out blockages so that our body can naturally alleviate symptoms of disharmony. Each colour carries its own frequency and produces its own energy which can aid to clear out blockages in our body. In this session we use different colour lights to further deepen your sound and vibration experience. The Sound and Vibrations will be presented by Sonja using her Crystal Singing Bowls and Chakra Chimes and Tom on his Didgeridoos to transport you to a place of no time where your body, mind and spirit are able to relax, rest, rejuvenate and restore. Give yourself the time to connect to your higher self, heal and to reach your fullest potential of being. ********************************************************************************* For your comfort and safety, we recommend to bring: - bottle of water, - 2x blankets (one to lay on and one to keep you warm) and - 2x pillows (one for your head and one to support your knees or feet)
