​Please read these Terms and Conditions fully and carefully before using sonjahall.com (the “Site” or the “booking”) and the services, events, features, content, or applications offered by Sonja Hall and her team or trusted collaborators (“we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and the Services.

By purchasing any services and events with us, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the email address you provided.

By completing a booking, you authorise the Company to charge your credit or debit card, as indicated, as payment for your spot at a particular service. Furthermore, you agree that you are responsible for full payment of fees, regardless of whether you actually attend the service purchased. To clarify, no refunds will be issued unless stated otherwise in this agreement.

Cancellations & Changes:
For all services and events, cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event or appointment. A 4% administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
Cancellations made under 48 hours prior to the service will result in 50% of the fee being payable to Sonja Hall and her team or trusted collaborators.
Cancellations made under 24 hours before the service cannot be refunded.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited unless reviewed and approved by us due to emergency circumstances.
Missed sessions or “no-shows” will not be rescheduled or refunded.

For Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Sessions, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 also applies.

Late Arrivals:
For in-person and online sessions, arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Respectful Conduct & Safety:
We are committed to providing all participants with a safe, supportive, and respectful environment—especially as we are working with energy and altered states during our sound sessions.
By booking with us, you agree that we reserve the right to review and potentially deny participation to any individual whom we believe may pose a risk to the integrity or safety of the space.
This includes, but is not limited to, individuals experiencing mental health conditions such as active psychosis or schizophrenia, or those who demonstrate unstable or disruptive behaviour. In such cases, a refund (-4% admin fee) will be provided, but we retain the right to refuse entry or future service without further obligation.

Any unacceptable behaviour during a session—including but not limited to harassment, aggression, disruption, or disrespect toward facilitators or fellow participants—may result in immediate dismissal from the session without refund. In cases of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to report the incident to the relevant authorities.

Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. After that, it’s generally considered safe—but please consult your healthcare provider.

If you have any concerns about stents, pacemakers, or implants, please check with your doctor or healthcare provider before attending.

Accessibility & Inclusivity:
We strive to create a safe and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. Please let us know in advance if you have specific needs or requests so we can do our best to accommodate them.

Emergency Contact:
We encourage participants to share an emergency contact, especially for sessions involving deep energetic or emotional release.

Media Consent:
By attending our sessions, you consent to the use of photos, videos, or sound recordings for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing beforehand.

Late Arrival Policy:
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to protect the experience of others, and no refunds will be provided in these cases.

Personal Responsibility:
We cannot be held responsible for an individual’s participation, engagement, or outcomes. You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and you are solely responsible for your own actions, experience, and well-being throughout.

Client Interaction & Follow-Up:
Contractors (healers or facilitators) may check in with clients following sessions to offer support, track progress, and request testimonials or reviews. These communications will be conducted professionally and respectfully.

Privacy & Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect the privacy of other participants. By booking with us, you agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any other participant in any group events.
Results Disclaimer: The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s outcome depends on a wide range of personal factors.

Medical Disclaimer:
The therapy services and information offered are not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric advice and treatment. We do not offer medical diagnoses, prescribe medications, or provide healthcare in the conventional medical sense. Our services are complementary and meant to support emotional and energetic healing alongside, not in place of, licensed care. By participating, you acknowledge full responsibility for your own well-being and outcomes.

Promotion & Representation:
We may promote services on social media or other platforms. All representations made will honour the integrity of all parties involved. Likewise, you agree to conduct yourself in a way that reflects mutual respect between contractor and company when posting, promoting, or representing the service experience publicly.

Payment Agreement:
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including all payment terms, cancellation policies, and conduct expectations. All payments are due as agreed at the time of booking.
