These Terms and Conditions set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and the Services.

 

By purchasing any services and events with us, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the email address you provided.

 

By completing booking, you authorise the Company to charge your credit or debit card, as indicated, as payment for your spot at a particular service. Furthermore, you agree that you are responsible for full payment of fees, regardless of whether you actually attend the service purchased. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued.

Changes or cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the service event or your appointment. Failure to give adequate notice will result in 50 % of the fee payable to Sonja Hall.

 

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. By booking with us, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit suspend, or terminate your participation in any services without refund or forgiveness if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the service guidelines, or if you impair the participation of the service provided or participants in any group events.

 

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow participants. By booking with us, you agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any other participant in any group events.

 

The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results or outcomes. Each individual's outcome depends on many factors.

 

The therapy services and information offered are not intended as a substitute for professional medical and/or psychiatric treatment and advice. We are not a medical doctor or other licensed health care professional, and cannot and will not provide any kind of medical care, treatment or diagnoses conditions to the physical health or wellbeing of your body and/or prescribes any medications. Our work with participants should be understood as a complementary therapy to professional medical care. We are not aware of any risks or negative side effects associated with these treatments however by working with us you acknowledge that you are accepting responsibility for your own actions and results. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular results in any area of your life.

 

Payment Agreement: By booking with us you acknowledge and agree to the above conditions and agree to the payment arrangement and understand that all payments are due as per your agreement.
