Service Description

For your comfort and safety please bring: - your own mat, (yoga or camping mattress), or bean bag whatever you feel comfort to lie down on - please note there are NO YOGA MATS to rent out available - sorry for any inconvenience - bottle of water, - 2x blankets (one to lay on and one to keep you warm) and - 2x pillows (one for your head and one to support your knees or feet) *** A full moon is a breathtaking sight but even if we do not get a glimpse, it will not be unnoticed. The effects of a full moon may be felt 2-3 days before and after the moon is at its fullest. During the time of a full moon you may experience a sense of heightened emotions, physical strain or stress. We know the magnetic pull of the moon affects the tidal flow of the oceans as it does our bodies, we are an average of 70% water, therefore the effects of a Sound and Vibration Therapy Session at the time of a full moon may lead to an even higher experience than usual. Sonja and Matt will be delivering a Full Moon Sound and Vibration Therapy Session with Crystal Singing Bowls, Chakra Chimes, Gongs, Rain Stick and Koshi Chimes to transport you to a place of no time where your body, mind and spirit are able to relax, rest, rejuvenate and restore. Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations: for Sound Session Events: - must be made more than 48 hours before the service event or your appointment. $5 cancellation fee will be applicable. Cancellations under 48 hours prior to event will result in 50 % of the fee payable to Sonja Hall. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to event cannot be refunded. Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Session Non refundable $ 50.00 deposit will apply Cancellations under 24 hours prior to your appointment cannot be refunded
