New Moon Sound Journey

Service Description

The New Moon phase is the best time to create new beginnings. The choices we make today will unfold in a physical experience tomorrow 🌱 The effects of a new moon may be felt 2-3 days before and after the moon is at its smallest. November New Moon is bringing a great potential of growth, abundance, expansion, fortune and wealth. It opens up new possibilities and glimpses of hope. Our focus should go towards what does inspire us. And be in a sense of fullness and count our blessings so we can unleash more of them. Matt and Sonja together with a didgeridoo player either Daniel or Jonathan invite you to this Sound Journey where we will incorporate Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, didgeridoo and many other ancient instruments to go inwards and bring your body, mind and spirit back into harmony. We will start the session with pure essential oils before we get to experience the beauty of sound and take you on an incredible journey entraining the mind into deep meditative states of consciousness where healing and mystical experiences can occur and wake up refreshed and rejuvenated ✨💜 After the session we will have some tea and light refreshments. Vibration create a wave that never ceases to exist.. creation begins with a sound *** This event is not recommended for pregnant women in the first trimester, after the first trimester there are no known risk however best to check with your health care provider. *** For your comfort and safety please bring: - something to lay down or sit on such as: yoga mat, camping mattress, bean bag, camping chair - bottle of water, - 2 blankets (we highly recommend 2 blankets, one to put on top of your mat and lay down on for extra cushioning and the 2nd one to cosy up with and to keep warm) - pillows (do rest your head) Optional: - bolster for lower back / knee support - eye mask or light fabric to cover your eyes - crystals (the sound vibrations will recharge them)

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations: for Sound Session Events: - must be made more than 48 hours before the service event or your appointment. $5 cancellation fee will be applicable. Cancellations under 48 hours prior to event will result in 50 % of the fee payable to Sonja Hall. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to event cannot be refunded. Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Session Non refundable $ 50.00 deposit will apply Cancellations under 24 hours prior to your appointment cannot be refunded
