At spring equinox, the orbit of the earth aligns with the Sun, and we experience an equal balance of day and night - light and dark. Spring Equinox has been celebrated by many ancient cultures as a time of awakening and rebirthing. It is a powerful time for growth as we move from the darkness of winter toward the light of summer. This offers a perfect moment in time for us to go within and connect with ourselves and create new beginnings. Experience the beauty of sound and let it bring you back to your centre point of your being and help you to wake up to your true self. Sound as a therapy can aid in detoxifying our physical body, support the healing of any past injuries, and it does not just stop with the physical body it also can expand our conscious mind. The vibrations ignite our energies and clear out blockages so that our body can naturally alleviate symptoms of disharmony. Our Sound Fusion session incorporate 3 gong players, 2 didge players and a specialist crystal bowls player. Vibration creates a wave that never ceases to exist - creation begins with sound *** For your comfort and safety please bring for each of you: - yoga mat, camping mattress, bean bag, chair or anything to lie, launch or sit on - bottle of water, - 2x blankets (one to lay on and one to keep you warm) and - 2x pillows (one for your head and one to support your knees or feet) ***** This event is not recommended for pregnant women in the first trimester, after the first trimester there are no known risk however best to check with your health care provider.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations: for Sound Session Events: - must be made more than 48 hours before the service event or your appointment. $5 cancellation fee will be applicable. Cancellations under 48 hours prior to event will result in 50 % of the fee payable to Sonja Hall. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to event cannot be refunded. Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Session Non refundable $ 50.00 deposit will apply Cancellations under 24 hours prior to your appointment cannot be refunded
