Service Description

Major cosmic events like solstices, equinoxes, full moons and new moons were used by ancient civilizations to help guide their empires 💫⁠ ⁠ Winter solstice is the day of shortest light and the longest night coming up on June 21st. We will be returning to the light after this day. We are encouraged to look inside for personal transformation and to allow our consciousness to rise! ⁠ ⁠ A life in balance and harmony is the key for us to thrive and spending time in meditation allows this to naturally occur 🍂⁠ ⁠ Following nature's lead - we too need to slow down over winter, plant the seeds for what you want to see manifest in Spring and Summer 🌤️ Places are limited for this full moon Sound Fusion session where we will incorporate 2 -3 gong Masters, 2 didge players and myself on the crystal singing bowls. On offer will be aura smudging, fragonia oil, cacao at the start and tea and light nibbles after. Experience the beauty of sound and let it bring you back to your centre point of your being and help you to wake up to your true self. Vibration create a wave that never ceases to exist.. creation begins with sound *** This event is not recommended for pregnant women in the first trimester, after the first trimester there are no known risk however best to check with your health care provider. *** For your comfort and safety please bring for each of you: - yoga mat, camping mattress, bean bag, chair or anything to lie, launch or sit on - bottle of water, - 2x blankets (one to lay on and one to keep you warm) and - 2x pillows (one for your head and one to support your knees or feet)

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations: for Sound Session Events: - must be made more than 48 hours before the service event or your appointment. $5 cancellation fee will be applicable. Cancellations under 48 hours prior to event will result in 50 % of the fee payable to Sonja Hall. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to event cannot be refunded. Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Session Non refundable $ 50.00 deposit will apply Cancellations under 24 hours prior to your appointment cannot be refunded
