AUTUMN EQUINOX SOUND JOURNEY
Transition into Autumn, a time of deep grounding | Fr 20th Mar 2026 | 7pm
Service Description
As the sun crosses the equator and day and night balance in perfect harmony, we gather to honour the sacred transition into Autumn, a time of reflection, release, and embodiment. This evening, we will sink into the rich resonance of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other organic instruments, each tone chosen to support your nervous system in dropping into the body, opening the heart, and welcoming the natural rhythm of seasonal change. Autumn asks us to let go, not as loss, but as an invitation to clear space internally and energetically. Just as trees release their leaves with effortless grace, we’ll use sound to soften the grip of what no longer serves, settle into the present, and anchor into our deeper essence. Come with an openness to what arises, whether that’s quiet peace, emotional clearing, or simply being witnessed by sound. Autumn Equinox is a threshold, not an ending, but a balanced beginning. Let sound hold you there. These sessions are led by qualified and experienced facilitators: 🌀 Sonja Hall 🌀 Matt Bolland A gentle note on timing: We aim to begin the journey on time, so please try to arrive 10–15 minutes earlier to allow yourself time to settle into the space. Once we begin, the door will be closed and locked so the sound journey can unfold without interruption. While we always try to be respectful of everyone’s time, the evening tends to move at its own natural rhythm. We will hold sound for a minimum of one hour, and with our opening check-in and the space we hold afterwards to gently return and share, the evening often runs a little longer than planned. If you do need to leave by a certain time, please feel free to let us know beforehand so we can support that. Once we begin, time can become a little fluid for us, and we may move beyond the original finish time. *** 🧘♀️ What to Bring: • Water bottle • 2 blankets: one for under you, one to keep warm • Pillow for your head Optional: eye mask, any personal crystals Please note: • Mats and bolsters are provided, but we suggest bringing your own mat or padding for extra comfort • Prefer to sit?
