What types of sessions do you offer?

We offer:
 • Intuitive Healing Sessions (1:1 online) – Guided by your energy, with ThetaHealing® as a tool. Focuses on releasing trauma, shifting limiting beliefs, and reconnecting you to your essence.
 • Sound Journeys (group sessions) – Shared, immersive sound experiences with gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes. Held at scheduled times and locations.
 • The Sound Space: Private Sessions & Events – Tailored sound experiences at your home or chosen venue. Can be just for you, a small intimate group, or a larger event. Optional facilitators like gongs or didgeridoo can be included.
 • Combined Sound + Intuitive Healing – Integrates vibration and energy work for a deeply transformative experience. Held in your home for up to four people.

Intuitive Healing sessions

Available online via Zoom worldwide.
In these one-on-one sessions, I work intuitively, guided by your energy and what you are ready to shift. I often use ThetaHealing® as a tool within this process, but the session is not limited to one method. Each session is unique, aiming to release trauma, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect you to your natural state of clarity and wholeness.

Sound Journey (group sessions)

Accepted Answer

These are group sessions held at specific locations and times, and  participants are asked to bring their own mat, cushion, and blanket to ensure comfort during the session (more info under each offering), and usually these sessions are in in collaboration with other qualified sound therapy facilitators. Every session is different using gongs, crystal bowls, blended with other instruments, and some have didgeridoo added to the session. It creates a powerful field of vibration that guides the body and mind into deep rest, release, and balance. Sound journeys are booked in advance and open to everyone.

The Sound Space: Private sound healing sessions at your home or event

Accepted Answer

These are fully tailored sessions designed to meet the needs of each client. They can be just for you, shared with a small intimate group, or created for larger gatherings — including private functions and corporate events.
You may choose a session with myself and crystal singing bowls only, or expand the soundscape by including other facilitators such as Matt Bolland with gongs, and even a didgeridoo player. Each experience is unique, and the cost will vary depending on the number of people, the location, and the facilitators involved. I’ll provide full details when you enquire.

Intuitive Sound Session: Combined sound healing & intuitive healing session at your home

Accepted Answer

This is a powerful integration of sound and intuitive work, bringing together vibration and energy healing in one session. Held in your home for up to four people, these sessions go beyond relaxation. These sessions create space for release, restoration, and transformation on multiple levels.
