Sound & Vibration Therapy
“Sound is the medicine of the future.” Edgar Cayce
How Sound & Vibration Therapy may support you
Every person's experience of Sound & Vibration Therapy is unique.
Some people simply enjoy the opportunity to slow down, relax and take time away from the demands of everyday life. Others describe feeling calmer, more grounded or mentally refreshed afterwards. For some, it becomes a regular practice that helps them reconnect with themselves and create space to pause.
Rather than trying to achieve a particular outcome, I encourage you to arrive with curiosity and simply notice what unfolds during and after your session.
Many people choose Sound & Vibration Therapy to support their overall wellbeing alongside other healthy lifestyle practices.
People often seek out sound sessions when they are looking to:
-
create time to slow down and deeply relax
-
support nervous system regulation
-
feel more present and grounded
-
unwind after periods of stress or overwhelm
-
enjoy a calming, meditative experience
-
reconnect with themselves through sound and stillness
-
create space for rest and reflection
How does Sound & Vibration Therapy work
At its simplest, sound is vibration.
When a crystal singing bowl is played, it creates sound waves that travel through the air. Because our bodies are made largely of water and living tissue, we naturally perceive these vibrations not only through our ears but throughout the body.
As you relax and listen, many people notice that their awareness naturally shifts away from the constant activity of the mind and towards the present moment. This can create a deeply restful experience, allowing both body and mind an opportunity to slow down.
While research into sound-based practices continues to grow, many studies suggest that calming sound experiences may support relaxation and help encourage a shift from the body's "fight or flight" response towards its natural "rest and digest" state.
For me, Sound & Vibration Therapy is less about chasing a particular outcome and more about creating the right environment for your body and mind to settle naturally.

Sound Journeys collaboration
While many sessions are facilitated by me using crystal singing bowls and complementary instruments, I also offer collaborative Sound Journeys with Matt Bolland, an experienced Sound Therapist and Gong Master.
Having worked together for over 10 years, our collaboration began through our shared connection with Echoes (later known as Satori Sound), where we both trained, facilitated sessions and deepened our connection with sound. Over the years, we have developed a natural rhythm and understanding that allows crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments to weave together into one immersive sound experience.
Together, we create expansive Sound Journeys where each instrument has its own voice, offering a rich and layered experience for private groups, corporate events, retreats and special gatherings.
