About Sonja

Hi, I'm Sonja, an Intuitive Healer and Sound & Vibration Therapist, offering trauma-informed sessions in Perth and online worldwide.

For over 13 years, I've supported people who feel stuck in recurring patterns, are exhausted from the struggle, or know something needs to change but can't quite see what is keeping them there.

My work explores what sits beneath the surface, the beliefs, experiences and patterns that can shape how we see ourselves and move through life. Rather than simply understanding or repeatedly revisiting the past, I work intuitively to uncover what is still carrying energetic charge, bring it to completion, and create space for a different way of experiencing yourself.

This can be a deeply personal process, but it doesn't require you to arrive knowing exactly what needs to be worked on.

You bring what's happening. I guide the process from there.

Alongside my Intuitive Healing work (online) , I offer Sound & Vibration Therapy and Sound Journeys in Perth, providing a different pathway into relaxation, presence and connection with yourself.

My journey

How I came to this work

I've always been deeply intuitive and fascinated by the unseen influences that shape our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and experiences.

In 2012, I discovered ThetaHealing®, a technique that works with the subconscious mind to identify deeply held beliefs and patterns. I became a certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner in 2013 and it has remained an important foundation of my intuitive work ever since.

Over the years, my practice has continued to evolve through working with people, developing my intuition and learning to recognize the deeper patterns beneath what initially brings someone to a session.

What I've come to understand is that the problem someone brings isn't always where the story begins.

A person may come to me because of an illness, or disease, relationship, confidence, self-worth or recurring life pattern, only for us to discover a much deeper belief or experience underneath it.

Different stories can have the same underlying origin.

And when that deeper pattern has shaped someone's identity for long enough, it can become difficult to imagine who they would be without it.

That's where my work goes beyond simply understanding the story.

A second pathway: Sound & Vibration Therapy

In 2016, I experienced Sound & Vibration Therapy for the first time and was struck by how something as simple as sound could create such a profound experience of relaxation and presence.

I began my professional training that same year and completed my sound therapy accreditation in 2018.

Today, I primarily work with crystal singing bowls, alongside other vibrational instruments, creating Sound Journeys and sound-based experiences in Perth.

While Intuitive Healing explores what may be keeping you stuck, Sound & Vibration offers a different experience, space to slow down, settle, listen and simply be.

I don't see myself as the healer in the room. I facilitate the space and let the sound meet you where you are. For some, that may be experienced physically; for others, mentally, emotionally or simply as a sense of deep rest. Your experience is your own, and there is nothing you need to achieve or figure out.

The sound provides the space; your own system knows what to do with it.

The two approaches can also be combined when appropriate, creating a more personalized experience.

My Approach

Understanding yourself is important. But sometimes, understanding isn't enough.

You can know where a pattern came from and still repeat it.

You can understand why you react a certain way and still find yourself responding in the same way.

You can spend years trying to make sense of an experience and still feel like it's running the show.

My approach is to look beyond the surface and explore what is still active underneath.

I intuitively identify what may be relevant, share what I see and sense with you, and help you gain a broader perspective on the experience.

When we identify what is still carrying energetic charge, I work with it towards completion.

Completion doesn't mean forgetting what happened.

It means the experience can remain part of your past without carrying the same emotional or energetic charge into your present.

From there, we can create space for new beliefs and possibilities that better support who you are now.

The aim isn't to erase your history or become someone different.

It's to reach a place where you can recognize:

This is part of my experience, but I don't have to live by its rules anymore.

You can respond differently.

You can make different choices.

You can begin to experience yourself beyond the identity that formed around the struggle.
