The November Full Moon reaches its peak in Gemini, opposite the Sun in Sagittarius, a lunar pairing associated with curiosity, communication, perspective and seeing beyond the familiar. As we move through spring in the Southern Hemisphere, this Full Moon offers a beautiful opportunity to pause amidst the momentum of the season. Rather than always looking for the next answer, this is a chance to step away from the noise, listen inward and allow new perspectives to emerge. Join Sonja & Matt for an immersive Sound Journey with crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other vibrational instruments. Let the layers of sound quiet the mental chatter, soften tension and invite the body into deep rest. Give yourself permission to simply receive, allowing sound to create space for whatever needs to shift, settle or become clearer. A Full Moon experience for body, mind and spirit, a chance to pause, listen and reconnect with yourself. 🧘 What to bring For your comfort, we recommend bringing: Yoga mat or camping mattress to lie on Pillow for your head Blanket to keep warm Water bottle Optional: eye mask or light scarf Not recommended during the 1st trimester of pregnancy, but please consult your healthcare provider. Cancellation Policy
Changes or Cancellations: We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to honour the time and energy involved in preparing our offerings, the following cancellation policy applies to all events and services: Cancellations or changes must be made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event or appointment. A 4% administrative fee will be applied to all approved cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in 50% of the total fee being retained. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time are non-refundable, unless reviewed and approved due to emergency circumstances. Missed sessions or “no-shows” will not be rescheduled or refunded. For Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Sessions, a non-refundable deposit of $50 applies at the time of booking and will be retained regardless of the cancellation time frame.
