As winter approaches and the nights grow longer, we gather in the lead-up to the June Full Moon, just days before the Winter Solstice and the longest night of the year. This Full Moon falls in Sagittarius, traditionally associated with exploration, perspective, truth and the search for deeper meaning. Opposite the Sun in Gemini, it creates a beautiful theme of stepping back from the details of everyday life and seeing the bigger picture. Join Sonja & Matt for an immersive Sound Journey with crystal singing bowls, gongs and other vibrational instruments. Allow the sound to quiet the mind, soften the body and create space to reflect, release and reconnect with what matters. As the seasons turn, give yourself permission to slow down, listen inward and simply receive. A winter Full Moon experience to pause, restore and broaden your perspective. 🧘 What to bring For your comfort, we recommend bringing: Yoga mat or camping mattress to lie on Pillow for your head Blanket to keep warm Water bottle Optional: eye mask or light scarf Not recommended during the 1st trimester of pregnancy, but please consult your healthcare provider. If you have any concerns about stents, pacemakers, or implants, please check with your doctor.

Cancellation Policy
Changes or Cancellations: We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to honour the time and energy involved in preparing our offerings, the following cancellation policy applies to all events and services: Cancellations or changes must be made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event or appointment. A 4% administrative fee will be applied to all approved cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in 50% of the total fee being retained. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time are non-refundable, unless reviewed and approved due to emergency circumstances. Missed sessions or “no-shows” will not be rescheduled or refunded. For Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Sessions, a non-refundable deposit of $50 applies at the time of booking and will be retained regardless of the cancellation time frame.
