The May Full Moon, known traditionally as the Flower Moon, reaches its peak on the evening of 20 May. Here in the Southern Hemisphere, we are moving deeper into autumn, a season of turning inward, shedding and transition. This Full Moon falls in Scorpio, a sign traditionally associated with depth, transformation and renewal, while the Sun in Taurus brings grounding, embodiment and stability. Together, they create a powerful theme of releasing what has run its course while reconnecting with what truly supports you. Join Sonja & Matt for an immersive Sound Journey with crystal singing bowls, gongs and other vibrational instruments. Allow the layers of sound to soften the body, quiet the mind and create space to let go. Lie back, receive and journey inward as the Full Moon reaches its peak. A deeply immersive experience for body, mind and spirit, a moment to release, renew and reconnect. 🧘 What to bring For your comfort, we recommend bringing: Yoga mat or camping mattress to lie on Pillow for your head Blanket to keep warm Water bottle Optional: eye mask or light scarf Not recommended during the 1st trimester of pregnancy, but please consult your healthcare provider. Cancellation Policy
Changes or Cancellations: We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to honour the time and energy involved in preparing our offerings, the following cancellation policy applies to all events and services: Cancellations or changes must be made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event or appointment. A 4% administrative fee will be applied to all approved cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in 50% of the total fee being retained. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time are non-refundable, unless reviewed and approved due to emergency circumstances. Missed sessions or “no-shows” will not be rescheduled or refunded. For Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Sessions, a non-refundable deposit of $50 applies at the time of booking and will be retained regardless of the cancellation time frame.
