As the Full Moon approaches, energy builds towards a point of culmination and illumination. This October Full Moon falls in Taurus, bringing themes of grounding, embodiment, nourishment and reconnecting with what truly matters. Here in the Southern Hemisphere, it arrives during the heart of spring, a season of growth, renewal and new life. Join Sonja & Matt on the evening before the Full Moon for an immersive Sound Journey with gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other vibrational instruments. Lie back and let the layers of sound wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, soften tension and settle deeply into the body. Take this opportunity to pause, reflect and release what you no longer need to carry as the lunar cycle reaches its peak. Come as you are. Lie back, receive, and let the sound carry you inward. 🧘 What to bring For your comfort, we recommend bringing: Yoga mat or camping mattress to lie on Pillow for your head Blanket to keep warm Water bottle Optional: eye mask or light scarf Not recommended during the 1st trimester of pregnancy, but please consult your healthcare provider. Cancellation Policy
Changes or Cancellations: We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to honour the time and energy involved in preparing our offerings, the following cancellation policy applies to all events and services: Cancellations or changes must be made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event or appointment. A 4% administrative fee will be applied to all approved cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in 50% of the total fee being retained. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time are non-refundable, unless reviewed and approved due to emergency circumstances. Missed sessions or “no-shows” will not be rescheduled or refunded. For Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Sessions, a non-refundable deposit of $50 applies at the time of booking and will be retained regardless of the cancellation time frame.
