As summer begins to soften towards its close, we gather in the lead-up to the February Full Moon, a beautiful moment to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself. This Full Moon falls in Virgo, a sign traditionally associated with wellbeing, discernment, grounding and caring for the details that support our everyday lives. It offers a natural theme for stepping back from the busyness and noticing what your body, mind and spirit may be asking for. Join Sonja & Matt for an immersive Sound Journey with crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other vibrational instruments. Lie back and allow the layers of sound to quiet the mind, soften tension and invite deep rest. Give yourself permission to pause, receive and create space for what needs your attention. A late-summer Full Moon experience to restore, reset and reconnect. 🧘 What to bring For your comfort, we recommend bringing: Yoga mat or camping mattress to lie on Pillow for your head Blanket to keep warm Water bottle Optional: eye mask or light scarf Not recommended during the 1st trimester of pregnancy, but please consult your healthcare provider. Cancellation Policy
Changes or Cancellations: We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to honour the time and energy involved in preparing our offerings, the following cancellation policy applies to all events and services: Cancellations or changes must be made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event or appointment. A 4% administrative fee will be applied to all approved cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in 50% of the total fee being retained. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time are non-refundable, unless reviewed and approved due to emergency circumstances. Missed sessions or “no-shows” will not be rescheduled or refunded. For Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Sessions, a non-refundable deposit of $50 applies at the time of booking and will be retained regardless of the cancellation time frame.
