Come home to yourself and unlock your natural ability to heal and move forward. These private Zoom sessions offer a safe, sacred space for deep inner work—supporting you to complete unresolved trauma, shift subconscious beliefs, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body and spirit. I work intuitively, using ThetaHealing® as a foundational tool—but over the years, I’ve made it my own. Each session becomes a unique healing experience guided by your energy and what your system is ready to transform. I support the completion of trauma and beliefs that no longer serve in their current form. I also receive insight into blockages carried through ancestral lines or past lives—so they can be witnessed, honoured, and completed, creating space for something new to emerge. What to Expect Each session is a co-creative process. I drop into a theta brainwave state to connect with your energy and listen deeply to what is ready to shift. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, illness or disease—or unsure why certain patterns or discomforts keep repeating—this space allows what’s beneath the surface to gently come forward and complete. This work is not about fixing—it’s about remembering. Letting go of what no longer fits, not by erasing it, but by completing it—so you can move forward with clarity, peace, and new space within.
