INTUITIVE HEALING SESSION - 60 minutes

Sometimes what you're experiencing on the surface isn't where the story begins. This personalised 1:1 session is guided by your energy and unfolds intuitively in the moment. You can arrive with a specific problem, a recurring pattern, a belief you're struggling to shift, or simply a sense that something needs to change. The 60-minute session is a focused option and can be a great place to begin if you'd like to explore a specific issue without committing to a longer session. You don't need to know exactly what needs to be worked on. I'll guide the process from there. I intuitively explore what may be sitting beneath the issue you're experiencing, sharing what I see and sense with you so we can gain a broader perspective on the situation. When we identify a belief, experience or pattern that is still carrying energetic charge, I work with it towards completion, so the experience can remain part of your past without continuing to influence your present in the same way. Where appropriate, I also identify new beliefs that may better support you now, creating space for a different way of experiencing yourself. I use ThetaHealing® as one of the tools within my practice, alongside over a decade of intuitive experience. There is no set script or predetermined process; each session follows what is relevant for you on the day.
