The Autumn Equinox marks a natural turning point, a moment of balance as day and night come into near equal measure, before the Southern Hemisphere begins its gradual journey towards longer nights and cooler days. As one season gives way to another, autumn invites us to pause, reflect and consider what we are ready to gather, what has run its course, and what we no longer need to carry forward. Join Sonja & Matt for a special Autumn Equinox Sound Journey with crystal singing bowls, gongs and other vibrational instruments. Allow the layers of sound to quiet the mind, soften the body and create space to reconnect with yourself. A time to honour the season that has passed, welcome the transition ahead, and find your own sense of balance within it. Come as you are, lie back and receive, letting sound carry you through the turning of the season. 🧘 What to bring For your comfort, we recommend bringing: Yoga mat or camping mattress to lie on Pillow for your head Blanket to keep warm Water bottle Optional: eye mask or light scarf Not recommended during the 1st trimester of pregnancy, but please consult your healthcare provider. If you have any concerns about stents, pacemakers, or implants, please check with your doctor.

Cancellation Policy
Changes or Cancellations: We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to honour the time and energy involved in preparing our offerings, the following cancellation policy applies to all events and services: Cancellations or changes must be made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event or appointment. A 4% administrative fee will be applied to all approved cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in 50% of the total fee being retained. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time are non-refundable, unless reviewed and approved due to emergency circumstances. Missed sessions or “no-shows” will not be rescheduled or refunded. For Private Sound and Vibration Therapy Sessions, a non-refundable deposit of $50 applies at the time of booking and will be retained regardless of the cancellation time frame.
